After an extensive renovation, where no stone was left unturned, our beloved Cru bar & cellar has reopened on the iconic James Street corner in Fortitude Valley and we are as busy as we have ever been We are excited to create memorable experiences for our guests and we are looking forward to establishing a world-class team of hospitality professionals to bring our service to the next level.

If you love wine, are ecstatic about bespoke cocktails, keen on craft beers and can talk for hours on spirits? Does fresh produce and delicious, house-made food excite you? **Positions available**
- BARTENDER

**Requirements**:

- You must be a strong team player, creative and self-motivated
- You have an outgoing personality, enthusiastic and positive attitude and loads of initiative
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced bar or restaurant, or other quality venue in a hands-on customer facing role
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standard of personal hygiene and professional presentation
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, cocktail creation and premium wines and liquor
- Have a passion for the industry and never settle for the mediocre
- Have a valid RSA.
- Smiles are part of the uniform at Cru Bar
