Whs Coordinator

Permanent Full Time

- Ormeau Office Location

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- The primary role is implementing the HSEQ Strategy in QLD, with a support function for WHS in NT
- Organise and lead work health and safety training, including equipment training
- Perform site visits to verify compliance with WHS standards
- Lead toolbox talks with staff
- Carry out risk assessments
- Investigate incidents
- Provide safety inductions for new employees
- Support the creation of safe work method statements
- Implement WHS policies and legislation

**About You**:

- Lead by example Green by Nature's safety-first culture
- Must have Cert IV in WHS
- Minimum 3 Years' experience within a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in WHS policies, processes, and safe systems of work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Applications from current team members are highly regarded and will be prioritised. _
