**Opportunity**
Reporting through to the ANZ General Manager, this is a very important role within our ANZ business structure.
The primary purpose of the position is to head up the delivery of Acusensus Programs across the state of NSW. Two significant programs are now operational across the state - the first a Mobile Speed Camera [MSC] Program and the second a Mobile Phone Detection Camera [MPDC] Program.
Key to your success in this frontline position will be your well-developed communication skills as well as your ability to build great working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders. At Acusensus we aspire to delight our customers and to build relationships that are honest, transparent, authentic and collaborative.
Your analysis and reporting skills will also be very important, same too your ability lead and engage stakeholders in continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities will include things like:
- Developing, communicating and reviewing Program Plans and specifications, schedules, costs saving initiatives and variations.
- Working with our Services Team to plan resources in line with program requirements and to ensure turnaround times on maintenance are met and service levels are minimised and optimised.
- Establishing yourself as the key contact across the customer base for both programs currently live in NSW.
- Leading our relationship and the day-to-day operations and communications with a key subcontracting partner who provides staffing solutions that are essential to the successful delivery of our MSC Program.
- Providing direction and working in close partnership with our functional teams that support NSW Programs. This includes our Pre-verification Team, Image Review Team, Asset Maintenance Team, Help Desk Support Team, Roadside Services & Operations Team, Software Engineering Team and our WHS & Quality Team.
- Managing all NSW program reporting requirements.
- Working with program specific data to analyse, dissect and create reporting to track program performance.
