Learning & Development Business Partner

We are seeking a **Learning & Development** **Business Partner** to join our Human Resource team, located at our head office in Notting Hill.
Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of learning and development strategies to support organisational growth.
This role supports the strategic direction of Olympus ANZ through the identification and implementation of relevant learning needs across the organization. A typical day in the role includes, but not limited to;
- Assisting in the development and implementation of the Learning and Development Strategy.
- Facilitation of in-house learning programs.
- Creative curation and communication of E-Learning materials across the organisation.
- Monitoring development plans to ensure the delivery of current and future development opportunities meets the needs of the business.
- Ensuring all training programs have an embedment strategy/program to ensure learning is carried forward and retained.
- Maintaining a robust reporting tool that feeds into the Corporate MOS.
- Administering L&D budget in line with business priorities and needs.
- Administration of local LMS (Success Factors and LinkedIn learning).
**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself a creative, tech savvy self-starter with an appetite for facilitation and development. To be considered for this role you will have:
- Relevant HR or OD qualifications desirable but not essential.
- Sound knowledge and experience of contemporary L&D and OD practice.
- Consulting skills to develop strong relationships across the organisation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conceptualise initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills
- Strong judgment with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues.
- Ability to set and manage a wide range of competing priorities.
- Experience/capability in training and facilitation and capacity to manage complex group dynamics desirable.
