We are seeking a Product Owner / Data Delivery Lead to join a large-scale transformation program embedding AI into business operations. You will be responsible for prioritising and managing delivery across multiple squads, ensuring that tasks are aligned, dependencies are managed, and outcomes are delivered to meet business objectives.

In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and analysts to define and refine product backlogs, set clear priorities, and provide direction to delivery teams. With a strong delivery mindset, you will help squads stay focused, remove blockers, and balance technical feasibility with business value.

This is an opportunity to be at the centre of a high-impact program, guiding data and AI initiatives from concept to delivery while enabling teams to achieve tangible results.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or in a similar role
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage product backlogs across multiple squads
- Experience delivering data-driven or AI-related initiatives in complex environments
- Skilled in stakeholder management and balancing competing priorities
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative delivery environments
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to align technical and business teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess trade-offs and make informed decisions
- Delivery-focused approach with a track record of achieving measurable outcomes
