Graduate Project Controller

Our Project Management team based in Brisbane is looking for a Graduate Project Controller who is keen to forge their career in this multidisciplinary and dynamic team. Within the Project Services Team of 10 project controls professionals, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of local projects whilst being connected to a global business with over 11,000 professionals.

Working with a blend of remote and office-based work, you’ll be based out of our Brisbane office whose office environment includes a strong cohort of graduates and other early career professionals - you’re sure to find your tribe once you start.

**What will you do in the role?**
- Work with Project Managers and technical leads to develop project schedules in P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Collect status information and prepare updated schedules.
- Review critical path and float against baseline and assist with schedule variance analysis and opportunities to meet dates.
- Review and analyse actual costs and follow up on variances.
- Regular project cost and schedule performance reporting (usually in PowerBI dashboard tool).
- Connect with a wider team of professionals to share insights, knowledge and improve your overall technical capabilities.

**We’re looking for individuals who**:

- Have recently graduated or will graduate at the end of the year with a degree in Engineering and/or Business.
- Are passionate about the consulting industry.
- Have strong communication teamwork and communication skills.
- Any prior experience in an engineering environment will be highly regarded.
