**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Set Up and Pack Down Team Members. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for the setup and pack down of our glamping and picnic setups, ensuring that each experience is executed flawlessly and to the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport equipment and supplies to designated locations for setup.
- Set up and assemble glamping tents, furniture, and decor according to provided instructions and guidelines.
- Ensure that all equipment and furnishings are arranged and organized in a visually appealing and functional manner.
- Assist with the creation and layout of picnic setups, including tables, seating, and decorative elements.
- Coordinate with other team members to efficiently execute setup and pack down tasks within specified timeframes.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all setups meet company standards and client expectations.
- Safely dismantle and pack down equipment and supplies after each event, ensuring proper storage and transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicle, and work areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in event setup, hospitality, or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment, often in outdoor environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is a weekend business, so weekend availability is essential.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.
