The Services Manager provides strong and effective leadership to Cleaning and Laundry, Maintenance Management, and Catering Services including café management.

The Services Manager also provides support to the Facility Manager, the business, and its employees on all services, other than those associated with clinical responsibility whilst supporting the overall achievement of both the organisations strategic business plan, and the functional operations of the business.

**About You**
You will be responsible for providing strong and effective leadership and support to the Residence Manager, the business and its services, other than those associated with clinical responsibility, in accordance with Arcare‘s Values.

You are flexible in your thinking and courageous in your actions. You are able to effectively support the functional operations of the residence. You have the ability to effectively lead and manage a team whilst displaying a high level of interpersonal skills.

Liaising with clients, families and staff, you are willing to initiate and participate in innovative projects to build on a person-centred environment for our residents.
