**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional instruction in Pilates, multiple apparatus experience an advantage.
- Use effective teaching methods, tactile cueing, and clear communication to ensure clients perform exercises correctly and safely.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients to understand their goals and needs.
- Create an energetic and positive class atmosphere that motivates and inspires clients.
- Maintain reliability and punctuality in all aspects of your role.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in movement and fitness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a movement instructor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Pilates foundations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging, and supportive class environment.
- Reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality.
- Relevant certifications and training.
