**The Role**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the long day care service.
- Ensure that children's routines are established and followed across the service by coordinating with the team of educators.
- Overseeing the management of the centres QIP and driving towards continuous improvement across the centre.
- Maintain safe and healthy environments for all children and team members.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory standards.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelors of Early Childhood Education and Care (Or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current NESA Accreditation
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Previous experience within a Centre Manager position
- Full working rights in Australia
