Secondary Teacher

**Position**: Drama, English & Media Teaching

- ** Salary**: $84,078 - $121,093 per annum + Super (commensurate with experience)

**We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated teacher to join our vibrant community. The successful applicant will be able to teach Drama & English, with the ability to teach Media advantageous. This is a full-time, continuing position, commencing January 2025.**

**About the role** - **As a dynamic and innovative member of our school community, you will:

- Strong literacy, numeracy and digital literacy practices plus a clear understanding of the Australian Curriculum

- Proven organisational skills
- Attend in detail to innovative and creative practices
- An ability to identify and cater for different learning styles
- Competent at integrating digital technology into a contemporary learning environment
- Commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to achieve the best outcomes
- Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement.

**At BCE our teachers are required to**:

- Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration; and
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
