Become an expert in market leading, timely, effective and cost efficient management of a portfolio of Financial Lines Claims.

You will achieve this by following best practice guidelines, the Financial Lines Claims Manual and promoting the Zurich Financial Lines claim brand in the Australian Market.

This position can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane

- Set accurate and timely case reserves
- Report internally in accordance with Financial Lines claims manual and other claim handling policies,
- Participate in underwriting initiatives, including pre and post loss visits, policy reviews, meetings etc,
- Participate in external marketing of Financial Lines claims in Australia
- Important to your success - let's grow together- Experience managing Casualty Claims end to end
- Financial lines claims knowledge (preferred)
- General broad legal knowledge gained at top or mid tier insurance firm or similar experience in an in-house role
- Technical background and written skills are key to success
- Customer centric focus to ensure a fantastic experience
