**The Company**

**Your Role**
- Driving sales initiatives and pipeline activity around software solutions and licensing agreements, devices, software asset management and end user computing services
- You will deliver a business plan for Software Services, drive local vendor engagement and local opportunity planning for the NSW region

**Key**
**Responsibilities**
- Define local sales strategy and achieve targets around Software Licensing, Devices, Software Asset Management and End User Compute services for the allocated customer territory
- Analyse top accounts and competitors and identify leverage / differentiation and opportunities
- Develop business development plans and target opportunity lists and drive sales in existing accounts
- Build relationships with relevant partner contacts, incorporate partner programmes and build a partner engagement strategy for software licensing around partner opportunities in particular Microsoft, Citrix, Adobe, McAfee, Splunk, Mimecast, VMware, QUEST, Cisco, Symantec & Veritas
- Build relationships with hardware vendors such as Microsoft Surface, Dell, Lenovo, Apple and drive sales device strategy for your territory
- Drive the proposal preparation, submission, and contract negotiations and associated sales presentations
- You will also work closely with the Account Managers and licensing specialists to ensure customers receive prompt and accurate software licensing information and pricing.

**Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge and proficiency positioning complex software licensing and cloud solutions.
- A track record of identifying and closing opportunities within an IT / services environment
- Experience and working knowledge of the Microsoft & Cisco eco-system programmes, tools and portals will be well regarded.
- Proven track record of creating and negotiating compelling commercial outcomes.
- Passion to drive customer success.
- Demonstrable experience understanding customer needs, effective sales planning and execution, building trust and managing expectations.
