An ideal opportunity for those with a strong pedagogical foundation, in-depth knowledge of the **EYLF** and **NQF**, and proven experience leading teams through the **Assessment and Rating** process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate programs and activities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children.
- Observe and assess children’s development and progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised classroom setting.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's activities and progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Qualification
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)..
- Valid Working with Children Check
