**About the Role**

Are you an experienced Customer Service & Sales professional, who thrives working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? If yes, then this role is for you

**Some of the specifics**
- Telstra Store Watergardens - Shop 148, Watergardens Town Centre, 399 Melton Hwy, Taylors Lakes VIC 3038
- Multiple Casual Positions Available
- Store Hours: Monday to Wednesday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Thursday & Friday 9:00 - 9:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm

**Duties**
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
