**About the role**:
**WA Hino **has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our used truck sales team in
**Welshpool**.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process - focusing on high quality service whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to**:

- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

Prior experience in automotive sales/ heavy vehicle roles will be highly regarded. However, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Prior automotive sales/ heavy vehicle experience (desirable but not essential)
- Must be motivated and driven with a passion for sales
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
- Must have or be willing to obtain an HR Licence
- Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
