About the Role

As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a Change & Adoption Analyst to seamlessly integrate new processes and technologies, ensuring widespread adoption and maximising the impact of the change. This isn't just any Change & Adoption Analyst role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on for an initial 16-month journey in our new Sydney head office on a full-time basis. This position is your chance to be deeply involved in shaping the future from day one, with the added potential for your journey to be extended past this initial engagement.

What Will You Do?

Perform change impact assessments across people, process and platforms.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans.
Support communication solutions with a focus on achieving awareness, desire and adoption of changes.
