**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Must have Agents Representative Certificate.
- Minimum 1 years property management experience.
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and be coached.
- Positive nature and highly motivated.
- Valid drivers’ license and vehicle.
- Ability to build rapport, patience and empathy with Landlords & Tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting routine inspections.
- Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
- Maintaining Records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
- Managing rental arrears.
- Attracting new clients.
