**THE ROLE**:
The team you will be joining is small but mighty. We have achieved a lot in our short time together, but we still have a long way to go in creating our ideal processes and systems. Sometimes that means things can be messy, and the right person will not only be comfortable with that, but will get a kick out of automating, fixing and improving things together.

**Here’s what your day-to-day might look like**:

- Writing engaging and compelling job ads based on the job brief, and posting these to various platforms
- Completing relevant pre-employment checks (references, right to work checks)
- Create and send out employment contracts, ensuring that all employment-related paperwork is completed correctly and on time
- Coordinate new employee onboarding to ensure our new hires have a seamless and positive onboarding experience
- Prepare and analyse recruitment reports
- Desire for a career in talent acquisition or HR
- Demonstrated experience in a corporate administration or support role
- Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
