- Polished and presentable attitude
- Good communication keys both verbal and written
- Friendly and welcoming
- Excellent customer/client services

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and visitors at the front desk
- Answer incoming phone calls and directing to appropriate department
- Phone switchboard
- Ensuring tidy and clean environment/space
- Maintaining office supplies and stationary
