Reporting to the Asphalt Department Manager, our Infrastructure Services business based in Hazelmere, WA, is currently in search of a Leading Hand to join the Asphalt Laying team. This is also a fantastic opportunity for a senior member of an Asphalt crew who is motivated to develop their experience and ready to take that next step in their career, with training and development provided.
To be successful you will have:
- Relevant experience in managing an Asphalt crew and be passionate about championing our Living Safely ethos.
- A strong commitment to quality, punctuality, reliability and respect for others.
- An ability to work independently when required and as part of a cohesive team.
- Truck Licence HR minimum.
- White Card and First Aid Certificate.
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights and live away from home when required.
