The Marketing Specialist - Brand and Digital will lead all marketing functions across the TL Engineering Group, which includes TL Engineering, TL Spares, TLX4x4 and Adventure West 4X4 Rentals.
This role blends strategic brand management with hands-on digital execution, ensuring consistent, data-driven growth across B2B and B2C audiences. The successful candidate will oversee campaign strategy, content creation, social and digital advertising, website optimisation, lead generation, and brand alignment across all divisions.

About the role
1. Brand Management
- Develop and manage brand strategies for TL Engineering, TLX4x4, TL Spares, and Adventure West 4x4 Rentals.
- Ensure all brand communication reflects the group's values, voice, and market positioning.
- Oversee creative direction for campaigns, brochures, photography, and video production.
- Manage internal and external brand guidelines to ensure consistent identity and messaging.
- Support product launches and campaigns aligned with each division's commercial goals.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategy, website content, analytics, and performance optimisation.
- Develop monthly digital reports and ROI dashboards using Google Analytics and ad platform data.
- Drive online enquiries, bookings, and sales leads across multiple websites.
- Oversee content calendars, blog writing, and community engagement for all brand social channels.
3. Content & Communications
- Write, edit, and coordinate high-quality content for websites, social media, EDMs, and product sheets.
- Manage internal and external communications including press releases, customer updates, and trade promotions.
- Liaise with content production led to develop content for internal and external consumption.
4. Campaign & Event Management
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance reporting.
- Support trade shows, sponsorships, and local marketing initiatives.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Sales and Management teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.
- Contribute to strategic planning and brand growth initiatives across the group.
About you
- 5+ years of proven marketing experience in both brand and digital roles.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors (preferable).
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-brand portfolios.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SERanking, Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Working knowledge and experience with WordPress and Shopify.
- Good eye for brand detail.
- Ability to manage budgets, agencies, and deadlines effectively.
- Practical, hands-on approach suited to a growing, fast-moving environment.
Desirable:
- Graphic design or content creation experience (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
