**About Us**
At Eli Land Stone, we specialise in premium natural stones and slabs for residential and commercial projects. We offer a wide range of high-quality materials and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our showroom team.
**Position Overview**
As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect natural stone products for their projects, including marble, granite, quartzite, and onyx. You’ll guide clients through the sales process, provide expert advice, and ensure a smooth, positive experience. Full training on our products will be provided, so prior knowledge of natural stones is not necessary.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Assist customers in the showroom, helping them find the right stones and slabs for their projects.
- **Sales & Quoting**: Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong relationships with contractors, designers, and homeowners to encourage repeat business.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is organised, clean, and visually appealing.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- **Follow-up**: Reach out to leads and past clients to promote new products or services.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets to earn commission on performance.
**Qualifications**
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a showroom or retail setting (experience with building materials is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic sales tools.
- A passion for design and architecture.
- **Physical Requirement**: Ability to lift and move stone samples up to 25 kg.
- **Weekend Availability**: Flexibility to work weekends as required.
- **Eligibility**: Must be an Australian citizen or have the legal right to work in Australia.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 56 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
**Experience**:
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
