**Join Our Team as a Mechanical Fitter**

**Location**: St Marys
**Position**: Permanent Full-Time - Start ASAP

Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter ready for a new challenge? We're looking for skilled individuals to join our team and play a key role in the manufacturing of cutting-edge Electric Buses. **What You’ll do**:

- Strip and prepare chassis for assembly.
- Perform pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical disconnection/reconnection.
- Assemble chassis subcomponents.
- Install component sub-assemblies.
- Collaborate with a motivated team in a leading electric vehicle manufacturer.
- Contribute to the transition to electric buses for a cleaner, zero-emission future.
- Weld stainless steel, mild steel, and galvanized steel (desirable but not required).

**What We're Looking For**:

- Trade qualification or significant industry experience as a Mechanical Fitter.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical fitting, ideally in vehicle manufacturing or a related field.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for assembling and fitting mechanical components.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise work.
- A reliable, honest professional with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
