**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **female support worker** to join our team in Sydney’s **Northern Suburbs**. This is a **casual employee role** with reliable shifts and hours, supporting a young participant through both **in-home care and community access**.

This role is ideal for someone who truly values meaningful work and wants to be part of a team that supports, uplifts, and grows together.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting a child with daily routines, activities, and community outings
- Building a trusting, empowering relationship with both the participant and their family
- Providing support that is thoughtful, consistent, and person-centred
- Working closely with LikeKIN to ensure the participant’s goals, preferences, and wellbeing are always front and centre
- Hourly rate starts from $35-37/hr dependant on experience.

- **Experience working with children** (essential)
- A warm, reliable, and emotionally intelligent person
- Someone with a **genuine passion for support work,**who cares deeply and shows up with heart
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow through
- A commitment to supporting people to live as independently and confidently as possible

**Required Checks & Qualifications**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- ABN not required (this is an employee role)
