Lendlease Construction are delivering the unique One Circular Quay Project consisting of a 59 storey residential building and a 26 storey hotel that will be the centrepiece of a new precinct at Circular Quay, Sydney.

This is a full time, permanent role reporting to the Construction Director.

As EHS Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience operating within a large building project (preferably) or civil construction environment in a similar EHS role and hold all necessary certifications and qualifications
- People and performance management of subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to ensure Health & Safety standards are held to the highest standard
- Ensuring the project follows the company EHS plan as well as monitoring the implementation of environmental and sustainable requirements
- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Ability to work with teams to resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to review EHS procedures and systems, including incident reporting, support to management with regulators
