**About Goodstart Mount Hutton**:
Our small boutique service is seeking a dedicated and professional Early Childhood Educator to join our passionate and close-knit team. We provide a nurturing environment for 38 children - all of which are aged from one year old to school age. This position offers flexible shifts from 7 am to 6 pm, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture and we are open to part time and full-time applicants.
As a diploma qualified educator, you will work alongside two experienced colleagues, engaging with children in a structured setting with 14 children per room. Our centre is committed to maintaining high occupancy while exceeding the National Quality Standards (NQS). We pride ourselves on strong community engagement through excursions, events, and partnerships with local schools.

**You’ll need**:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
