Information Management and Technology Services (IMTS) is the University’s central IT provider for core infrastructure and services and is responsible for the development and management of information and communications technology resources in response to research, teaching and business requirements.

The role will primarily be involved in Student Information Systems (SIS), which covers solutions managing the Student Lifecycle, including but not limited to: Admissions, Enrolment, Scheduling, Fees, Results, Exams, Research, and Graduation. These are delivered using a combination of in-house developed as well as third-party on premise and cloud solutions.

Applicants will have a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret a variety of complex user requests across multiple systems and it would be highly desirable to have a sound knowledge and development experience in any of the following: Java, PLSQL, Grails, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, CSS or other Web technologies.
