**Job Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our Sydney CBD-Based APAC Marketing team.

In this key role you will focus on both the technology solutions and products to support in the delivery of a market-leading experience for our clients and our people across the Asia Pacific region as well as coaching and guidance to the marketers across the region on best practice.

**A snapshot of what your role will look like**

Working closely with the Director, Digital Marketing, you will support the wider APAC Marketing team and digital leads across the region to prioritise and execute a roadmap of regional technology and digital initiatives to uplift and transform marketing business operations and improve productivity of our marketing teams.

You will also:

- Manage the regional digital strategy and platforms to ensure the roadmap of relevant activities is implemented across local markets
- Regularly review the delivery of the roadmap and its alignment with overarching APAC marketing strategies
- Support in driving the adoption of streamlined digital technologies across the business with a broad focus on client experience and operational efficiencies.
- Implement SEO strategy for the APAC region and drive adoption of recommendations and best practices by country digital leads to implement at a local level, to improve organic rankings of all APAC country brand websites.
- Manage and drive the regional social media strategy and social content calendar to optimise engagement, balancing both organic and paid approach for performance. Be a custodian for social content on regional social channels, aligned with brand standards and social media best practices.

- Qualifications in marketing, business or communications, with previous hands-on bid coordination experience in a professional services or B2B environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- A thorough understanding of the relationship between digital channels and tools to drive performance.
- Experience with content management systems and managing social media channels, organic and paid.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to work beyond standard working hours to meet deadlines, as required.
- The desire to share your enthusiasm, energy and ideas to drive success within the Team and wider business.
- Additional skills you may have to accelerate your success in the role (preferable, but not essential)
- Background in and/or understanding of the commercial property industry.
- Experience in graphic design and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
