**About the Role**

As Assistant IR Advisor, you will play a key role in implementing workforce strategies and interventions across designated programs to drive continuous improvement and performance. You will collaborate with the Director of IR, Executives, and Senior Managers, supporting the achievement of strategic priorities for SA Government, SA Health, and Central Adelaide LHN. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide valuable employee relations advice, identify business risks, and be part of a forward-thinking team committed to organisational success.

**About You**

You are a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong communication and organisational skills, you build positive relationships and provide high-quality support across a range of workplace matters.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to offer sound advice
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to build trust and work effectively with people at all levels
- Understanding of administrative systems and public sector operations, ideally within SA Health
