**Are you up for the challenge?**:
We are currently seeking a **Training Systems & Apprenticeships Coordinator **to join our People team based out of the Pyrmont office in Sydney.

This role will provide coordination and administrative support to the Group Training function. This includes the administration of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (including auditing/reporting), as well as project guidance and administration for the John Holland Apprenticeship and Traineeship Program.

**About the Role**:

- Assist the Training Systems Lead by:

- Administering and maintaining accurate data in the LMS (aligning to the John Holland Mandatory Training framework)
- Troubleshooting end user’s system related queries that may relate to system access or functionality
- Managing stakeholder requests for Item, curriculum, assignment profile, program, class creation in a timely and professional manner
- Addressing related queries, via the Learning inbox, in a timely manner
- Facilitating meetings / training sessions to stakeholders to ensure efficient use of the LMS
- Support ongoing LMS optimisation activities and audits as and when required
- Administer the audit schedule ensuring data integrity is maintained in the LMS. This requires interaction with data in Excel and manipulation of this data
- Download data from the LMS and creating Excel reports as and when required
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal LMS stakeholders
- Adhere to and communicate Group Training’s standards and procedures to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously seek ways of improving processes and strive towards efficient ways of working.
- Provide guidance, and administrative support for the John Holland Apprenticeship & Traineeship Program, this includes:

- Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including:

- Apprenticeship Network Providers
- Training Providers
- Business Unit and Project personnel
- Providing guidance to Business Units and Projects on:

- Traineeship and Apprenticeship opportunities for their staff and workforce
- The process for signing up an Apprentice or Trainee and identification of most appropriate qualification for related Traineeship or Apprenticeship
- Being the central point of contact for MEGT (JH’s preferred Apprenticeship Network Provider) and actioning any completion of documentation, e.g., training contract cancellations, etc.
- Maintaining a central repository for all relevant documentation, e.g., training contracts, training plans, etc.
- Processing of government funding claims via the ADMS Portal
- Maintaining data that connects with the Traineeship & Apprenticeship Dashboard and producing reports as and when required.

**About You**:
This position will ideally see you holding a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, as well as having relevant experience in the administration of a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably SuccessFactors.

You will be able to demonstrate:

- Knowledge of apprenticeships and traineeships, including:

- The lifecycle of an Apprenticeship or Traineeship from sign up to completion.
- Government funding for employers
- Intermediate to advanced level of expertise in MS Excel, with demonstrated ability to analyse and manipulate data.

You will have demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail and a mature approach to maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information.
