**SMS Mining Services is a privately owned, West Australian based Mining Contractor, Part of the Rivet Group. **About the Role**:We are currently looking for HD Fitters to join the team. Multiple sites to choose from.
- Flexible Rosters
- Goldfields or Pilbara Regions
- Immediate starts available
- FIFO or DIDO
- On site training and career advancement
- Repair and maintain the hydraulic components of diesel and petrol / gas engines
- Diagnose, overhaul, repair, tune, maintain and test diesel and petrol / gas-powered heavy equipment including trucks, buses, dozers, and other earthmoving equipment
- Completes tasks within set timeframes
- Communicate any safety or maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Completing required safety duties such as job inspections, task planning, JHAs, Take 5s, and others as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience on Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi Equipment
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Valid C Class Drivers Licence
- Take pride in your work and seeing a job well done
- Strong integrity, reliable and desire to achieve quality outcomes
- Able to work independently without supervision, as well as in a team environment
- Previous experience in the mining industry in a similar role
- Total commitment to safety
- Able to Pass Pre-Employment Medical
- Previous mine site experience
- Post-trade experience minimum 3 years
