**Trade Assistant**

We are currently hiring trade assistants (Labourer's/Trainees/Apprentices) to support our metal roofers/ plumbers in the Perth CBD Region.

Some Minor Experience working on roofs or gutters is preferred, but not essential, just reliability and a willingness to learn. Perfect and amazing opportunity for someone wanting to change industries or to learn a new trade.

Also may suit migrants or working visa holders, who have a trade but are unable to get licensed or trade qualified. Roofing does not require a license or trade qualification so there is a capacity to earn well after an initial period of training.

**Responsibilities include not limited to**:

- Assist trades
- Maintaining a clean job site
- Manual labour, including using a range of hand and power tools to compete new commercial roofing projects (ie schools; apartments; commercial units)
- Complete all necessary site paperwork as required.

**About you**
- Can do attitude and willingness to work a min 40 hrs per week
- Willingness to learn the right way
- Hands on
- Knowledge of power tools
- Reliability is a must
- Drivers licence/Vehicle (or short term commitment to get to job sites every day)
- **Must have working at heights ticket (or willing to obtain)**:

- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Ability to change and be proactively involved in a changing work environment.
