Our business is growing and so is the OneData team. In this newly defined position, we're looking for a **Data Management Lead** _with strong business instincts, people management experience, creativity and data management mastery. _

**Your Role**

**What you’ll be doing**

**Key duties and deliverables**:

- Data management strategy
- Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods and recommending solutions
- Lead performance and integration of sophisticated analytics to promote understanding of business challenges or opportunities
- Set/Lead/collaborate on the execution of data and analytics reporting plans
- Create, present, and communicate high impact data and insights to internal and external partners
- Liaise with executive leadership and other technology chapter leads to ensure that the architecture of the Data platform is at a certain standard, supporting the OneDigital customer missions and the vision for the organisation
- Communicate with team members to ensure standards are published, updated, and adhered to, to support the communication of business information and decisions
- Develop thought leadership and Data Management collateral to all levels of technology and business teams across the OneDigital and effectively integrate long term opportunities and challenges with day-to-day activities
- Identify the capabilities needed to build a team of high performing analyst and support the growth of the OneDigital talent capabilities
- Learning from your team while you share your knowledge adding your very own splash of colour to our palette and make it fun. At OneDigital It is part of everyone’s core role to ensure that no one is left behind and that everyone is enjoying their journey as they evolve

**To shine on day one, what you need to have**:

- 4+ years of data management and design experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high volume and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Strategic mindset to identify future opportunities and translate them to breakthrough concepts
- Ability to make timely decisions
- Experienced in setting up data management systems, protocols and policies
- Experience with technology governance and innovative ways of working
- Project delivery experience with contemporary integration platforms such as Azure, MuleSoft, Oracle, Talend or equivalent
- Comfortable working with ambiguous situations
- The commitment to yourself to consistently grow in your role.

**It's a bonus, but not required, if you have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business Management, or related discipline
- A pet that you can introduce to the teams in online team meetings.
