**Casual** from **10 hours** per week, **Monday - Friday**.

Omni-Care is a leading provider of community based Aged Care Services and operate throughout Melbourne. We value your commitment and genuine desire to help people. We are dedicated to delivering excellent client outcomes as well as ensuring the best conditions for our support workers.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Support Worker, you will be travelling (within your travel radius of 10 Km’s from home) from client to client assisting with a mixture services including:

- **Personal Care** - Provide quality shower and grooming care.
- **Home Cleaning** - General home cleaning tasks.
- **Meal preparation** - Prepare a fresh nutritious meal.
- **Shopping** -Escorted and unescorted shopping trips.
- **Appointments** - Assisting clients to all types of appointments.
- **Respite** - Community access, social outings and in-home activities.
- **Feedback **- Report on client Health and Wellbeing.

**What You'll Need**
- A genuine commitment and passion for client wellbeing and health outcomes.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Nursing Certificate with accompanying academic transcript.
- Victorian Driver’s License.
- Own a reliable, registered and insured car.
- Minimum availability of 3 days Mon-Fri. Any additional days and times are welcome.
- A valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- In line with public health orders, Omni-Care requires all staff to provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19._

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $38.26 - $70.29 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
