Behavioural Insights Specialist

DPC is seeking a motivated Behavioural Insights Specialist who is excited by the prospect of using behavioural science to improve public sector outcomes. The role is responsible for the delivery of behavioural insights projects and policy advice to support the strategic priorities of government.
DPC's Behavioural Insights Unit (BIU) is situated within the Office of the Secretary where it focuses on supporting evidence-based policy and innovation by enabling integration of Behavioural Insights research and data-driven insights into policy and service design.
About you
- Demonstrated ability to identify processes, tasks and resources required to achieve a goal
- Verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills with capacity to plan and conduct analysis
- Excellent time management skills
Please note that a qualification in Behavioural or Social Sciences, Economics, Psychology or Statistics would be highly regarded.
