
Litigation Support Officer

**Mandatory Qualification / Requirements**:
- Employees must be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with the department's COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements. You must provide one of the following types of evidence for the hiring manager to sight before an offer of employment will be made:
- written confirmation of COVID-19 vaccination provided as part of the vaccination process, such as a record of vaccine card
- vaccination information displayed on the Check in QLD app
- a COVID-19 digital certificate
- your immunisation history statement
- an International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate for overseas travel.
Please note that this position falls within the South East Region and will work in the Moreton or North Coast areas.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Deliver a high standard of skills in a range of software packages and databases in the administration of services provided by the Office of the Child and Family Official Solicitor. Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of court data entered into departmental information systems, within strict time frames. Identify issues with court data and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve, under the direction of the senior legal officer. Provide technical support to legal officers in preparing and finalising court documents, under the direction and supervision of the senior legal officer. Provide administrative support to legal officers to achieve work objectives and be an effective team member. Respond promptly and flexibly to accommodate rapidly changing needs and priorities in work tasks and responsibilities, under the direction of the senior legal officer. Provide confidential secretariat support to meetings within the Office of the Child and Family Official Solicitor and with internal and external stakeholders. Actively practice and promote excellence in service delivery and public administration.

This position reports to a Senior Team Leader.
