This dynamic, fast paced organisation is seeking an experienced Service Desk/Help Desk Team Leader for their Client Support team on a permanent basis. You will be hands on whilst also supporting the rest of the team in providing Helpdesk services to employees across sites around Australia.
You will be responsible for:
- Help Desk Team
- Team Building & Time Management
- Taking calls in high volume times and in emergencies
- Supporting escalations
- Deliver a high quality helpdesk support - SLA's, processes, trend analysis, licensing, compliance
Key skills and experience required to secure this fantastic opportunity include:
- 3 - 5 years in a similar role with 2-3 years help desk management
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Practical understanding of the ITIL Framework with certification
- Comprehensive Desktop technologies and tools including: -- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Group Policy
