We're now looking for a talented **Production Draftsperson to** join our **Operations** team based in Docklands.

In this role, you’ll coordinate the production of timely and accurate work from the drafting and permits functions, with a specific focus on productivity, continuous improvement and efficiency of external resources.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- In line with the client’s requirements, manage the flow for tenders, WOS, contracts & final plans/computations for all jobs
- Manage the flow of Permit amendments required for Developers, Councils, water authorities and Surveyors
- Prepare documentation for outstanding tasks and communicate to relevant departments
- Ensure the correct process is followed when variations are requested
- Providing technical support to estimators and the customer service team
- Providing clear communication regarding what has been changed on the drawings and the impact of the changes on engineering, energy reports and permits.

Someone with drive, passion and commitment who takes pride in the delivery of accurate and high-quality work. Your qualifications and experience should incorporate:

- Experience in drafting with a solid understanding of residential code
- Solid administrative expertise and understanding of permits requirements
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
- Competency with CAD (basic knowledge is essential
- Confidence in addressing difficult situations
- Diploma Building (or relevant experience)
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Professionalism and maturity in all interactions
- Understanding of Permit Requirements
