**Role Description/Criteria**

We are seeking a Career Teachers who will play a pivotal supporting role for our students in developing their awareness and understanding of the full range of educational options and career pathways.

At MacKillop College our teachers enjoy the benefit of a welcoming and supportive culture, contemporary teaching facilities and professional support which includes, a team of dedicated instructional coaches and teacher mentors.

As a Catholic College, our teachers must have an active commitment to working in and supporting a school culture that reflects gospel values and a pastoral approach towards student and staff wellbeing.

**The successful applicant will commence Term 1, 2025 as a permanent Teacher.**
- Strong teaching background, with further education in careers counselling
- Broad knowledge of different educational and career pathways
- Build trusting and influential relationships with students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A demonstrated commitment to work in a Catholic Education environment.
