
Payroll and HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with an interest in HR to join an established global organisation within the Consumer Goods and Pharma sector.
Based in Chatswood, this role has flexible working arrangements to work from home.
This role will encompass an average 3 days each week managing payroll processing, with the further 2 days working alongside your team in People & Culture with HR and TA related support including support the P&C Director with special projects.
- If you are seeking PART-TIME only, we are open to considering this role as a part-time role 3 days per week solely managing Payroll._
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:
- Processing and checking monthly end to end payroll (Australia) (approximately 200 employees)
- Calculating and processing leave and termination payments, payroll reporting to department heads, PAYG summaries, group payroll tax, award and bonus reviews
- Managing working compensation
- Supporting the People & Culture team with onboarding, reporting and supporting with the employee lifecycle, providing a positive experience to all employees.
- Coordination and promotion of the Employee Benefits Program within the business
- Ad-hoc project work with the P&C team.
**Who you are**:
- Proven end-to-end payroll function in a standalone role (5 + years payroll experience)
- Experience with ADP platform
- Proven ledger and reconciliation experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite skills including excel
- Self-starter with great initiative who enjoys working autonomously and within a collaborative team.
