**The Role**
As an ED Registrar you will have the opportunity to work across two locations in Victoria's leading emergency organisations. Under direction, you will provide appropriate medical care to patients and assist more senior doctors in complex cases. Build and expand personal skill levels to ensure that clients receive the best possible service reflecting up to date evidence based professional practice. The Emergency departments offer innovative model of care, interesting and challenging case load with a high level of Consultant supervision.

The facilities have;
- Established teaching programs for **ACEMs Primary and Fellowship exams**,
- Simulation medicine teaching program
- Supervision for the **ACEM Emergency Medicine Certificate and Diplomas**.
- Registrars have ample opportunities for involvement with non clinical activities including clinical audits.

**Essential Requirements**
- PGY3 or above
- MB BS or equivalent
- Relevant experience in clinical management
- Sound clinical knowledge, skills and experience in contemporary medical and evidence based practice Minimum of 4 months Emergency experience at PGY2 level

**Desirable Criteria**
- ACEM trainee or suitable to commence training within the next 12 months
- Non ACEM trainees wanting to complete EMC & EMD.
