Service Improvement Analyst

**The role**
As our new Service Improvement Analyst you will be responsible for analysing data, KPI results, feedback and more in order to identify and maintain process improvements across the department.
You will:
- Analyse a variety of data and processes, identifying gaps and information sets to present data in a meaningful way
- Identify improvement opportunities to support and meet the Service Team goals
- Identify root causes and risks when uncovering and documenting complex and critical problems
- Develop and implement projects that resolve issues and improve business performance & outcomes
- Provide insights that can be developed and used by stakeholder groups to direct change activities
- Prepare & communicate information in a clear and succinct manner in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, while influencing them to deliver improvements quickly and effectively
- Facilitate workshops and concept discussions that help to identify the root causes of issues
- Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks
- Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training
**What experience you’ll bring**
- 2 years experience in a relevant discipline (Business Analyst) or commensurate industry experience
- An understanding of the General Insurance industry would be preferred
- Formal Business Analysis qualification (e.g. International Diploma in Business Analysis, IIBA CBAP or Lean Six Sigma certification) would be preferred
- Able to meet project deadlines while working autonomously & collaboratively as needed
