Foundation Coordinator

**Introduction**:
WIMR is one of Australia’s leading medical research institutes located at the heart of the Westmead Health Precinct, designated as the lighthouse precinct for Biomedical technology by the NSW Government. WIMR is an independent medical research institute governed by a Board. It is a multi-disciplinary institute with research in:

- Infection and Immunity
- Cancer
- Liver and Metabolic
- Neuroscience and Vision
- Cardiorespiratory

**Description**:
Exciting time to join in this newly created role providing support to the WIMR Foundation team on initiatives such as Golf Day, GWS Giants partnership, donor tours. This will be balanced with a focus on day-to-day activities keeping the team organized, looking after the CRM database and other administrative support.

With the growth and expansion happening through Western Sydney, there is great opportunity for connection and collaboration the team will be exploring, and we would like you to be part of the journey.

This role is part time, working 4 days per week (flexibility to work 5 shorter days if that is preferred)

**System skills**: powerpoint, canva and/or adobe, dynamic 365 CRM (preferrable)
