**Description & Requirements**:
Monadelphous is looking for experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our Offshore Energy division working with one of long-term clients for a Shutdown. These roles will commence in August 2025 on a Casual basis.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Coordinators and Planners in identifying, planning and scheduling scopes of work and assisting in the organisation of tooling and parts
- Ensuring shutdown/campaign activities are completed safely and meeting the schedule, respecting the critical path and deadlines
- Allocate work and provide direction to relevant trades specific work requirements
- Supervise, coach and mentor direct reports; ensure that site workers have the necessary competencies to undertake assigned tasks
- Communicate with client representatives on a day to day basis, to plan work, keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern and identify variations or additional work required
- Identifying and driving cost savings and safety improvement initiatives
- Reporting on lessons learned and completion/outcomes to the business

**We’re interested in hearing from you if you possess**:

- Proven experience within the offshore Oil and Gas industry in a maintenance capacity within a Supervisory position
- The ability to earn and maintain the respect of others by demonstrating credibility and integrity
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Sheetmetal Working)
- Experience in EPCM environment
- BOSIET / FOET & CA-EBS
- MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
- Proof of Working rights in Australia
