**About the Role**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop stakeholder partnerships and maintain agreements with key support agencies
- Ensure key outcomes including tenant well-being and housing occupancy levels are maximised
- Support the achievement of improved social housing outcomes for Amélie Housing tenants and partner organisations
- Ensure Amélie Housing’s adherence to SLA’s, service levels continue to improve and positive outcomes are achieved for its tenants and partner organisations

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Relevant qualifications and experience i.e. Community Housing, Community Welfare, Social Sciences or equivalent
- Proven skills and experience in stakeholder management or engagement within a housing organisation
- Comprehensive knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancy Act and Regulations
- Knowledge of social housing and the homelessness, health and welfare service system in NSW
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- A valid NSW driver license and a fully insured vehicle
- Ability to travel between Amélie offices and support service’ offices as required
