**Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is looking for someone who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for women who have come into contact with the criminal justice system.

The Principal Adviser Women's Re-entry Services is one of four team leader roles within the statewide Re-entry Services team. The Re-entry Services team is a key service delivery area within the Offender Rehabilitation and Management Services (ORMS) of QCS. The Re-entry Services team is focused on supporting the service delivery system to ensure high quality and best practice reintegration services are available to men and women who are preparing to return to the community following a period of time in custody.

To be successful in this role you will:
value your role as a team leader to successfully manage and grow a team of professional and/or administrative staff.
be adept at liaising, consulting, discussing and negotiating with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations of the business unit and contracted services.
require excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed writing and oral communication abilities.
have demonstrated experience in the management and oversight of contracted services including monitoring, evaluating and reviewing service provision to deliver outcomes against agreed targets or key performance indicators.
