**Role Description/Criteria**
St Clement of Rome Catholic Primary School is seeking an experienced and highly organised **Administration Officer** to join our dynamic school community. The successful applicant will manage the front office of our school. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school, providing essential administrative support to the Principal and staff while maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment.
- This job is advertised as a contract position, however an _**_ongoing position can be negotiated_**_ by the successful applicant._
**About the Role**
The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, playing a crucial role in communication and school operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception duties, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Providing administrative support, including student records management and processing purchase orders.
- Assisting with financial tasks such as receipting and banking.
- Organising bookings for excursions and events.
- Supporting enrolment processes and promotional activities.
- Upholding Child Safe Standards and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Administering first aid and maintaining office supplies.

**Position Details**
- ** Full-time role**: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:20 PM
- Experience with platforms such as Canva, Compass, SIMON/PAM, Synergetic and/or eSIS would be beneficial.
