About Us:
Good Conscience Australia is a registered NDIS provider committed to empowering people with disabilities through compassionate, person-centred care. We are currently seeking a dedicated female support worker to assist one of our NDIS participants in Mandurah with daily living activities.

Shift Options:

- 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Sleepover shift)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support with morning routines
- Assist with domestic duties, community access, and companionship
- Promote participant independence and wellbeing
- Follow individual support plans and maintain accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For:

- Must meet all NDIS Worker Screening and compliance requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support, Community Services, or equivalent
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Working With Children Check
- Manual Handling training (preferred)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Must hold an ABN, Professional Indemnity Insurance, and Certificate of Currency
- Empathetic, reliable, and professional

To Apply:

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
