**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Handle patient queries and provide necessary information
- Assist with patient registration and check-in processes
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming clinic environment

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes
- GEN2 experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a busy practice essential
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
